In the Halls of Anguish a group of normal scarabs just dropped a Superior Partizan, not eth, no sockets. Question 2) Assuming that I'm going to try to make the Insight now: Question 1) Should I wait until Hell mode when I can hopefully find a 4os eth Colossus Voulge? Or try to make an Insight now, using what's available?
I've never learned the intricacies of all the things I mentioned in the title. Currently, I'm playing a ladder character for the first time. We never did much with rune words until just recently. As a result, the characters that my son and I have made and played all enjoyed hand-me-downs from the numerous mules. We've always had mules on another account (until I found GoMule this year, ye gods what a time-saver). But I've always played SP or Other Multiplayer with my son and other friends over LAN or IP. I do have Larzuk's reward, however.ĭisclaimer*: I've played D2 since LoD's release, off/on over the years, for easily >500 hours.
I have the runes to make him an Insight polearm, but no weapon to put them in. I'm in NM Act 5, over-leveled at 60, with an Act 2 HF merc. I'm playing a Sorc on the current ladder.
